The Vine Therapeutic Services provides personalized, one-on-one therapy designed to support the unique needs of each client. We offer counseling for adults, couples, teenagers, and children aged 10 and older, using a compassionate and evidence-based approach to promote healing and personal growth.
Our goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients can navigate challenges, develop effective coping skills, and strengthen their relationships. Through collaboration and a client-focused approach, we empower individuals to overcome obstacles and achieve meaningful, lasting transformation.


Meet Tiffany
Tiffany Keith, LMFTA, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Associate specializing in therapy for children (10+), individuals, couples, and families. She takes a collaborative approach, helping clients uncover their own solutions for growth and healing.
Using Structural, Emotionally Focused, and Contextual therapies, Tiffany tailors interventions to strengthen family dynamics, improve emotional connections, and promote positive behavioral change. She also incorporates Gottman Level 2 Couples Therapy to enhance communication and relationship-building. Her areas of focus include ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, childhood behavioral challenges, and race-based traumatic stress.
With over 20 years of experience in social services, Tiffany holds an undergraduate degree in Human Development and a graduate degree from Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary. Her background includes work in behavioral health, social services, and pre-trial intervention. She is certified through the Jefferson County Citizen Review Panel, Gottman Level 2, and Positive Parenting.
Tiffany is currently pursuing certification in Play Therapy and is supervised by Danielle Chase, LMFT. She is committed to empowering clients and fostering lasting transformation.
